At LEAD Network Africa, we are a  forward-thinking organization dedicated to fostering leadership, entrepreneurship, and advocacy among young Nigerians and Africans. Established in January 2020, and duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission, we aim to create impactful programs that inspire change, empower individuals, and promote sustainable development. Through initiatives like the Mentoring Session for Emerging Leaders, Employability and Entrepreneurship Summit, and the Basic Course in Leadership Entrepreneurship and Advocacy, we equip our community with essential skills and knowledge to drive societal transformation.

Executive Director

Chukwuma Ephraim Okenwa fondly known as CEO due to his initials is a Social Entrepreneur, School Administrator and a Public Affairs Analyst. He is the Executive Director of the Leadership Entrepreneurship and Advocacy Network. Okenwa holds a post graduate diploma in multilateral diplomacy from the United Nations Institute of Training and Research and a Masters in Anti-Corruption and Diplomacy from the International Anti-Corruption Academy, Laxenburg. Chukwuma Okenwa has been nominated twice as a YALI Network influencer in Nigeria ( YALI is the Young African Leadership Initiative of the US Department of State). He is a fellow of the Leadership Course in Criminal Intelligence and Security Management Course with the Defence Intelligence College, Abuja Nigeria and a member of the Nigeria institute
of International Affairs. Okenwa is one of the thirty inaugural cohorts of the Geneva Science Diplomacy Anticipator and indeed the only one selected from West Africa. Okenwa served as a Board Member at the Enugu State Post Primary Schools Management Board (PPSMB) charged with the responsibility of managing the 296 Public High Schools in the state.
